Bio

I'm Clare. I'm a twenty-something geek who's been writing for many years. I like comics. I like comics so much, I've decided I'd like to try making it my career. This is a journal chronicling that attempt. It contains musings, updates on my progress, things about conventions, and lots and lots of art.

I have been known to give into navel-gazing periods of self-reflection, most of which is recorded here.

PROJECTS


A ongoing fantasy comic, available as both in print and as a digital download. An urban fantasy about a teenaged girl who finds herself thrust into a world of supernatural beings. The beings she finds are neither god nor devil, just people. There is no epic struggle of good versus evil... Everyone is simply trying to get by. But getting by for the Otherkind is far more difficult than for the rest of the world.		A webcomic chronicling My first year working as an indie comic writer/artist. Witness the journey from a half-asleep musing on the course of my life to printing my first book. See the reaction of my family and my friends as I struggle to make it in this crazy world we call Indie Comics. Laugh at my pain! Think my cat is cute!
